Two in particular stood out (I will cover the others in a future blog)

The other was a certain miss Ciara Grant aged 29 at Hearts of Midlothian of all places, or as the Anti-British, Protestant Racist, Sectarian Fenian terrorists call them

Now, what struck me in this epiphany was I was recalling at the time of the the Anti-British Protestant Racist, Sectarian Fenian terrorist glorifying banshees of the Republic of Ireland’s women’s football team’s video nasty below.
Was that it came hot on the heels of the Kyle Lafferty video of allegedly saying
“PACK OF FENIAN BASTARDS”
in a loud crowded night club to an obsessed Celtic fan pretending to be a Rangers fan in order to trick Kyle into a “photo” so his wanker pal could film him say
“UP THE CELTS”
Or it could be.
“UP THE ‘RA”
As I say it was in a loud crowded night club.
No sooner was it online, a Nanosecond later it was on the tabloids websites in the wee small hours and pressure was mounting on Kilmarnock to investigate and comment.
A statement read:
“Kilmarnock Football Club are aware of a video circulating online which appears to show a member of our playing staff using language of a sectarian nature.
“The club finds all forms of discriminatory behaviour completely unacceptable. The matter will be investigated by the club.”
So why was there no pressure put on Celtic Football Club and Heart of Midlothian by the press in the wee small hours after members of their staff, Ciara Grant and Claire O’Riordan, where caught on camera glorifying Anti-British Protestant Racist, Sectarian, Fenian terrorism…
NOT!
In a crowded nightclub at god knows what hour
BUT!
Glorifying Anti-British Protestant, Racist, Sectarian, Fenian terrorism in the bowels of the NATIONAL SCOTTISH FUCKING FOOTBALL STADIUM FFS!
Why was there no public statements from both clubs distancing themselves from these players?
Why was there no public statements such as…

I roughly counted that in his career spanning nearly 20 years he has had 15 separate clubs. You never hear Anorthosis Famagusta, Sarpsborg 08 or fucking Palermo getting dragged into it!

The wheels of justice were spinning faster in Kyle Lafferty’s case.
On the 20th October 2022 Kyle Lafferty was hit with a 10-game ban after a sectarian comment while on International duty.
Lafferty was the first top-flight player to be called to account since the Scottish FA tightened their rules on what they consider offensive behaviour.

Rule 81, which was added to the Judicial Panel Protocol for the 2022/23 season, states: “No recognised football body, club, official, team official, other member of team staff, player, match official or other person under the jurisdiction of the Scottish FA shall (i) use offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or actions which include(s) a reference, whether express or implied, to any one or more of the following:- ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, religion or belief, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation or disability or (ii) carry out any act of victimisation (as defined in the Equality Act 2010) or any act of discrimination by reason of ethnic origin, colour, race, nationality, religion or belief, gender, gender reassignment, sexual orientation, disability, age, pregnancy, maternity, marital status or civil partnership, unless otherwise permitted by law and the rules and regulations of the Scottish FA.”
