But in doing so I will be also posting a topic on a couple of the subjects I have not yet posted.

The Compliance Officer Vincent Lunny has issued the following Notice of Complaint:

 Alleged Party in Breach: Ian Black, Rangers FC

Dates: 4th March 2006 to 28th July 2013

Disciplinary Rule(s) allegedly breached:

 Disciplinary Rule 22 (Season 2012/13 and preceding Rules and Articles):

 (1)    By betting on three football matches on then-registered club not to win.

 (2)    By betting on a further 10 football matches that involved then-registered club.

 (3)    By betting on a further 147 football matches. 

 Principal Hearing Date: Thursday, 12th September 2013

 Mr Black has until Monday 26th August 2013 to respond to the complaint.

 Disciplinary Rule 22 (Rule 33 in updated Judicial Panel Protocol for season 2013/14): No club, official, Team Official or  other member of Team Staff, player, match official or other  person under the jurisdiction of the  Scottish FA shall bet in any way on  a football match (except authorised and registered football pools).

 Please note that there is no evidence to suggest any breach of Disciplinary Rule 23 (Rule 34 in updated Judicial Panel Protocol for season 2013/14).

 Disciplinary Rule 23, for reference: No club, official, Team Official, other member of Team Staff, player, match official or other person under the jurisdiction of the Scottish FA shall knowingly behave in a manner, during or in connection with a match in which the party has participated or has any influence, either direct or indirect, which could give rise to an event in which they or any third party benefits financially through betting. 

Despite the jokey pun headline I take this very seriously not only as a Rangers fan but as a one time very keen Gambler.

The notion that players are betting on themselves or against gives the common old fan and punter the shakes.

My personal opinion is that Ian Black should be treated as innocent until proven guilty. Something that is quite a new concept in regards to Rangers from the media and other teams and fans.

But in the meantime Ian Black should be withdrawn from all Rangers games until this case has been heard and adjudicated on.

Not because of presumed guilt but  I think it would be best for player,club and fans. That is just my personal opinion.

Vincent Lunny in making the decision to make a Rangers player yet again the trial case for this just like he did when newly into the job decided to single out Rangers Sone Aluko and give him a Two match suspension for Simulation.

Has opened up a can of worms if the rule book is to be applied evenly to all professional football players under his jurisdiction.

I mean are we going to see witch hunts for former players who have openly admitted betting on football games  and see the attempted stripping of titles from teams.

Players like John Hartson who has openly admitted to having a gambling problem that nearly ruined his life.

He has openly admitted was hounded over gambling debts and once owed more than £300,000.

Who’s to say he never threw a game or gave out insider information to help minimise his debts?

I mean if Vincent Lunny is going back seven years in the case of Ian Black how far back is he willing to go in his quest in cleaning up the Scottish game?

So a 0-0 draw was 7-1, but Hartson also backed ‘no goal-scorer’ – pretty much the same thing – at 9-2. No wonder he went skint. 

its all there in John Hartsons autobiography what was the unnamed match did it involve a Scottish team? was it his team? was he playing in it? surely this needs to be investigated?

Now whether the SFA decide to act on this information I could not care a jot.

If they sweep it under under the carpet just like the other rampant evidence of Footballers gambling all over the place.

Then that is more evidence for us it is one rule for Rangers and one rule for the others.

One thing I do know for certain is that Ayr Uniteds Michael Moffat will get a warm welcome when they play Rangers at somerset park on the 6th of October and when he plays at Ibrox.

Now to my next point how did the SFA get their Information?

Was it like in the case of Rangers Tax Case HMRC and Mental Kevin the charity worker @Corsica1968?

High ranking Celtic supporters using their positions in their jobs some breaking the Data Protection act and leak private information in a public forum in the hope that it will damage Rangers?

Do we have a new obsessed Celtic fan mentalist working for Ladbrokes? If so then I can see Ladbrokes missing the blue pound as a Rangers fan Boycott must surely follow if this is the case.

I cant imagine its just Celtic fans that are sad enough to send private information to the SFA so why is it a Rangers player that is being done?

Why is it only being brought to the attention and acted upon by the SFA and not 7 years ago? but only now when Ian Black is a Rangers player?

There is one thing more that could engulf the club and cause them great embarrassment

If they don’t deal with it in a clear and transparent manner befitting of a club that oozes integrity

The third thing would be to do with their owner one of Scotland’s Richest men

Sir Tom Farmer CBE, KCSG who I believe would be an  Arguido or Person of interest to the Scottish Police.

Now of course an Arguido or person of interest doesn’t mean they are guilty it’s just someone who may or not be able to help police with their inquiries

Kate in Gerry McCann were declared Arguidos or Persons of interest In the dea….. I’m sorry I mean the disappearance of their daughter.

Now we all know Kate and Gerry McCann are totally innocent what ever happened to their child while they left her all alone in their hotel room why the made merry with their friends with wine and tapas.

But the Police made them Arguidos or Persons of interest as they rightfully should have until they helped the Police with their questions and were eliminated from the Police inquiry.

And the same should happen in my humble opinion to Hibernian Football Club owner Sir Tom Farmer CBE, KCSG

The reason I Believe he is a person of interest in the on-going Savile operations is his relationship with the 3 men at the centre of it all in Scotland.

Father Denis O’Connell was a close personal friend of Sir Jimmy Savile OBE KCSG. Who was a frequent visitor to the Parish of St Patrick’s in Kilsyth during the period when he had a hit TV show ‘Jim’ll Fix It’ or was in between presenting ‘Top of the Pops’ or hosting a show on Radio 1 and could often be seen at 10 O’clock Mass of a morning, sporting a kilt. You could always tell when he was in Kilsyth as his white jaguar car was parked outside the Parish House.

It was Jimmy’s mother who had originally got to know Fr O’Connell in his role as Vice Postulator of the Cause for the Beatification of (at that time) the Blessed Margaret Sinclair. She had a devotion to Margaret Sinclair following a period when the young Jimmy had been very ill after a fall. She always attributed his recovery to Margaret Sinclair’s intercession.

Father Denis O’Connell association with the BBC started with his posting in London for two years where he worked as a consultant on Catholic broadcasting making many radio and TV appearances Fr O’Connell was no stranger to celebrity which he used to good effect either for fund raising or for community events.

Fr O’Connell staged a free open air concert in Kilsyth in 1976 by the Bay City Rollers, then at the height of their fame. He vaguely knew Tam Paton their manager but his secretary wouldn’t let him in to his office after he had outlined why he was there – to get the Bay City Rollers to play Kilsyth – for free!

Jimmy and Fr O’Connell formed a close friendship when Jimmy’s mother died which lasted until the then ‘Canon’ O’Connell himself died in 1997.

I know sir Tom these are hard questions about a truly shocking disgusting period in the Roman Catholic Church in Scotland’s history but I’m sure one man who would gave his full backing to Sir Tom Farmer helping Police with their inquiries would be the Hibernian Chairman Mr integrity himself Rod Petrie .

I mentioned Hibernian Chairman Rod Petries name as he was a man that gave the rallying cry for Sporting Integrity to upheld on as until then an untried, later to be found innocent Glasgow Rangers.

In fact Maybe Chairman Petrie could answer a view questions himself as it appears Cardinal Keith O’Brien  was a regular at Easter Road so much so the christened Hibernian “O’Briens 11”

I’m sure Sir Tom Farmer CBE, KCSG and Hibernian Chairman Rod Petrie as persons who in passing the sfa n spfl fit and proper persons rules to be the owner and Chairman of one of Scotlands most prestigious clubs Hibernian F.C

won’t hesitate in answering any questions the police may have.

It like many blogs was meant to be published earlier than it was, the day of the Albion Rovers Ramsdens cup game to be precise.

Like some other of my blogs it has benefited by its delay.

I write this blog with heavy heart

I’m a Rangers supporter first and foremost not a Celtic or corrupt Scottish football Rangers hating cabal hater.

I find it difficult turning the finger to those who seek to harm our club and would use it as some political football. Blaming it for the sole cause of all society’s evils by showing them up for what they are by asking some difficult questions about them.

Mentally ill Phil has been at this game of Rangers hating according to Talman from the Tiocfaidh ár lá PIRA/Celtic fanzine since the early to mid-90’s.

At least 20 years his whole life has revolved around hating Rangers.

The first thing on his mind when he got up to when the sad pathetic creature would go to bed was Rangers.

An all-consuming hatred.

Now as I say Mentally ill Phil has been at this game for 20 years most of it a Looney an internet bampot a man tarred with a sickening sectarian brush and that’s fine.

But only recently has his mad sectarian bigoted ramblings have been taken seriously by the establishment and the chattering classes of Scotland.

The fact that this is so probably is the most damning indictment of Salmond’s and modern day Scotland at a worrying precipice

I’ve been at this game for under a year now and believe you me the stuff I have found on the Rangers hating bheasts from inconsequential to downright damning evidence would turn your stomach.

It is soul destroying stuff.

I really don’t know how Mentally ill Phil does it every morning for the past 20 years it must be like a cancer eating at him and his family life.

The only thing that kept me going was that I had something worth fighting for to defend.

But as we have seen in recent weeks the Bheast from within at Ibrox is strong greed and egos abound.

Don’t get me wrong Rangers, the people, the history and what it stands for is worth fighting its corner.

But these greedy, lying, obnoxious  fat cats lining their pockets without one ounce of self-awareness at what they are doing, are not

How they can sleep at night and look themselves in the mirror in the morning God only knows.

So why should I defend them at the risk of getting a 6 am chap in the morning and believe you me that risk was very real in this Police state Salmonds SNP Scotland.

Operation Yewtree happened

I had all the pics of Savile etc but did not publish them in first blog.

Yeah I heard all the rumours that he was a paedophile, necrophiliac but that’s what they were rumours.

Until some brave individuals came forward with the help of some brave journalists and brought this story to the fore front from where it was swept under the carpet by the BBC, an organisation that aided and abetted Savile in his heinous crimes.

I published the pics and the sinister goings on at certain churches throughout the land and Saviles very close relationship with high ranking Roman Catholic Clergy.

Yet I was still a “bigot” spewing anti Catholic bile.

Until one thing that got the ball rolling brave Catholics began coming forward to ask questions and give evidence.

More importantly Priests, members of the Roman Catholic clergy began speaking of sexual impropriety.

You see for years ordinary Roman Catholics in Scotland have been looking for justice and answers from their church about abuse only for it all to be swept under the carpet priests moved to other parishes for it all to carry sordidly on.

At the time of the last popes State funded visit to the United Kingdom in 2010 there were 451

YES! FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY ONE abuse claims waiting to be dealt with in court.

Imagine if a secular child care company had 451 outstanding abuse claims in court.

The C.E.O of said company feet wouldn’t touch the ground on free land he would be in Jail and company closed down.

So these priests taking the stand and asking for clarification from their church was a big deal.

It added gravitas to the ordinary Roman Catholics abuse claims and I hope it encourages more brave individuals to come forward.

Ironically Mentally ill Phil, Angela Haggerty Paul McConville and the other internet bampot bloggers who profess what they do in defending the Roman catholic people of Scotland form abuse have been suspiciously quiet on this topic of Roman catholic people of Scotland being allegedly abused.

I wonder why they as investigative bloggers and “Journalists have stayed so quiet on the biggest event to hit the Roman Catholic Church since the Protestant reformation?

Why are they not using the “position of power” with their community to allow the brave victims to come forward and have a voice?

Is it because it isn’t big bad British Protestants doing it?

If so then that would be just downright BIGOTED.

So I will be publishing a back log of Blogs I have.

only for the reason that why should some get their names in lights when others don’t.

But that will be it no more until the Rangers board gets it house in order.

I will not fight its enemies for them.

They say a people gets a Government it deserves.

In the case of the Rangers family this is not true.

We certainly don’t deserve this board.

Ricardians, are people who defend the honor and reputation of Richard the third.

That he was a good King and that the image we have of Richard the third today is based largely on a Tudor Elizabethan smear and propaganda campaign.

You see the house of Lancaster had defeated the House of York in the war of the Roses and as the old story goes History is written by the victors.

So they tarred this man with everything they could.

With the Murder of King Henry VI and murder of Edward of Lancaster

Contriving the death of his brother Clarence

Killing William, Lord Hastings

Poisoning his wife in order to marry his niece.

And physically, we are presented with a Richard a twisted hunchback with a shriveled arm, reflecting a profoundly evil character.

This was later found to be true that his Skeleton did have a twisted spine. But of course disability doesn’t mean you are inherently evil.

I was struck by something a prominent Ricardian (people interested in altering the posthumous reputation of Richard III, King of England) said.

For those that don’t know the tale. The Princes in the Tower were Edward V of England and Richard of Shrewsbury, Duke of York. The two brothers were the only sons of Edward IV of England and Elizabeth Woodville alive at the time of their father’s death.

Then 12 and 9 years old, they were lodged in the Tower of London by the man appointed to look after them, the Lord Protector, Richard, Duke of Gloucester.

This was supposed to be in preparation for Edward’s coronation as king.

After Richard took the throne for himself, it is assumed that they were murdered.

You see it would not benefit King Richard to just have locked up the Princes in the tower for life and hopefully waste away in the hope that people might forget about them.

He would’ve had to KILL them.

In the event that there might come a day when the Princes would make their escape from the tower of London. Raise an Army and come back to reign revenge on him Taken back what is rightfully theirs.

We have came out again in our droves buying another 36 000 season tickets to ad to the 38 000 from last year, tuning out in our 10’s of thousands to support week in week out.

If we behaved like the clubs in the SPL that promised sell out Saturdays we would be dead!

As I say I grew up in the Glamour times but as I look over to the youngsters in sections like the union bears it fills me with pride because they are fans through thick and thin.

You can bore the next generation saying that you were there when Rangers were down and getting kicked by all in sundry you stuck by them and helped them in their journey to get back were we rightfully belong

I have no doubt Rangers will win the division 2 league title. If that is what it is called these day under the new SPFL “revamp”

But that won’t be good enough just to win it we must do it in style.
