Now that I have got that off my chest let’s turn our attentions to the man who dared -with his history- to defame our Prime Minister Boris Johnston by uttering the words

Well let’s have a wee peak into Aidan O’neill QC’s colourful past and we will find out the Mother and Father of lies when another Establishment was being roughshod by another set of undemocratic British hating Bastards.
Let’s cast our minds back to the year 2012.
Rangers Football Club was at it’s lowest ebb and despite what we have seen recently with Bury and Bolton Wanderers F.Cs the Footballing legal body in Scotland where not so compassionate as the one south of the border.
Numerous injustices where put upon Rangers Football Club as she lay beaten and Bruised.
To name all of them would take too long so I will focus on one.
That being the Scottish Football Association (SFA) imposing a year-long transfer ban on Rangers FC.
The ban was given on the 24th of April 2012 along with a fine of £100,000, after the club was charged with bringing the game into disrepute.
The transfer embargo mean’t Rangers could only sign players under the age of 18 for the next year.
Now when you consider that the same Bastions of Sporting Integrity that enforced this law, Where at the same time trying to crowbar a Rangers team made up of 18 year old and younger players into the 2nd tier of Scottish football.
The same 2nd tier of Scottish football that Rangers with seasoned pro’s needed 2 attempts to get out off.
Well this would give you a level of the fucking mendacious evil Rangers and her supporters where dealing with back then.
The people, still with the best interest of Rangers Football Club at the time quite rightly appealed this.
At the time they asked the Court of Session to overturn a year-long transfer ban imposed on the club by the Scottish Football Association.
Lawyers for the club said the ban would cause them “utterly irretrievable” prejudice if it was upheld.
Claiming the embargo is unlawful and outside the powers of the SFA tribunal.
The trial took place at the Scottish court of sessions on the 28th of May 2012
Lawyers, acting for Rangers FC plc, said an agreement which saw senior players accept substantial pay cuts is due to expire in June of that year.
In return for agreeing to the pay cuts, the players will be able to seek a transfer from Rangers for only about 25% of their perceived market value.
Rangers Lawyers said the players would have “every incentive to go” because they would likely be able to secure a “golden hello” from buying clubs signing them for a knock-down transfer fee.
“If this sanction is in place they cannot be replaced by players over 18 years of age,” they told the court, adding:
“If the additional sanction was to remain in place for all or the material part of the transfer window the prejudice on the petitioners would be utterly irretrievable.”
Rangers lawyers also said an appeal tribunal held to review the original SFA decision had heard the suggestion that Rangers had a squad of more than 40 players. However, he said 25 of those players were aged 18 or under.
“If the additional sanction was to be suspended they would be able to sign replacement players for those who are in all probability leaving,” they added.
And lo and fucking behold who was representing The Scottish Football Association (or should that be those other Rangers hating Bastards lurking and threatening in the background) as they tried to UNDEMOCRATICALLY run a coach and fucking horses not only over Rangers Football club but The Scottish Football Association rules and powers?
Non other than Aidan O’Neill Q.C.
Aidan O’Neill QC, for the SFA, said the tribunal had sought to find a punishment or sanction which would fit the breach.
“They did not want to be in a situation of giving a sanction which is not effective and not dissuasive, or a disproportionate sanction – which is suspension or expulsion,” he said.
He said it was understood within the sport that a transfer ban preventing the registration of new players was a sanction.
“We don’t want a clunky reading of these rules which means either we have a useless sanction or a nuclear option. That is just nonsensical,” he said.
Mr O’Neill argued that the tribunal had properly applied its mind to come up with what it considered to be an effective and proportionate outcome.
“This club brought the game into disrepute because it did not pay its taxes, among other things,” he said.
BBC Scotland said at the time the trial was to continue into the next week.
Well it only took the next day the 29th of May for the Judge to rule that the Scottish Football Association (SFA) acted beyond its powers in imposing a year-long transfer ban on Rangers FC.
Rangers challenged the ban at the Court of Session in Edinburgh, on the grounds it was not one of the sanctions listed in the SFA’s own regulations.
Lord Glennie said the ban should be reconsidered by the SFA appeal panel.
The SFA said it was surprised by the verdict and would consult its legal advisers.
Now I said earlier (or should that be those other Rangers hating Bastards lurking and threatening in the background) because as you will read below from a seething threatening BBC Scotland piece that

BBC Scotland has learned that a number of SPL clubs are extremely disappointed with the ruling.
One club chairman said there was an “increased animosity” towards Rangers after they took the case to court.
One of Europe’s leading experts in sports law has also told BBC Scotland there could be wider implications for Scottish football.
The fact is BBC Scotland Rangers went to the Court of Session to challenge the decision on the additional transfer ban sanction in a judicial review of the tribunal decision.
Lord Glennie ruled that the SFA appeals tribunal was wrong in holding that it had the power to impose the additional sanction in the case and that in doing so they were acting outside their powers.
The judge set aside the decision and said he would send it back to the SFA appeal tribunal to look at it again in light of his decision.
He said the fact that he had found the extra penalty imposed on Rangers to be outside of the powers available did not necessarily mean the club would escape a lighter punishment.
Lord Glennie said that was a matter for the association.
The judge also rejected an argument made on behalf of the SFA that the correct venue for deciding any dispute was the Swiss-based Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Rangers counsel told the court:
“We are the victim of an unlawful sanction and we have had imposed on us a sanction that the SFA panel had no right to impose.”
An SFA spokesman said:
“We are surprised by today’s verdict at the Court of Session, especially since the original sanction against Rangers FC was imposed by an independent panel chaired by a leading QC (Aidan O’Neill) and upheld by an Appellate Tribunal chaired by a Supreme Court Judge.
“We will now consider our position with our legal advisers before making any further comment.”
Now people especially down south should read all of what I have written and let it sink in.
