In less than 24 hours former Israel Defense Forces soldier Nir Biton will take to the field in the cauldron of anti-semitism that is Legia Warsaws Polish Army Stadium.
But as we will see from this blog, dear reader this hatred could be a lot closer to home for Nir Biton than he thinks.
If your are unlucky enough on a bad day you might see ex celtic keeper Artur Boruc leading them on from the front if the devout Roman Catholic, divorcee isn’t eating pies and cheating on his wife.
Warsaw of course was home to the Warsaw Ghetto. The largest of all the Jewish ghettos in Nazi-occupied Europe during World War II set up by the Schutzstaffel (SS) from 1940 to 1943.
From there, at least 254,000 Ghetto residents were sent to the Treblinka extermination camp over the course of two months in the summer of 1942.
The death toll among the Jewish inhabitants of the Ghetto, between deportations to extermination camps, Großaktion Warschau, the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, and the subsequent razing of the ghetto, is estimated to be at least 300,000
We only have to look dear reader at the recent Maccabi Haifa V Lille game where Jewish players were targeted and assaulted by an anti-Israel mob in Austria.
Of course Austria and Southern Bavaria birth place of the disgraced Joseph Aloisius Ratzinger a.k.a Pope Benedict XVI and Adolf Hitler.
Like Warsaw they where hot beds of anti-Semitic swamps very much propagated by the Roman Catholic church. That he Jewish people were collectively responsible for killing Jesus, through the so-called blood curse of Pontius Pilate in the Gospels. This environment of hate fed a Young Adolf Hitlers infant mind with hatred.
Yes the evil stench of anti-semitism is on the march once again in Europe and we should all be very afraid.
One only has to look at the recent “Protests” in Paris to see this. In the suburb of Sarcelles, known as “little Jerusalem” because it is home to 15,000 Jews, a kosher grocery and a Jewish-owned pharmacy were torched. A week earlier, a synagogue on Rue de la Roquette near the Bastille in central Paris came under attack while its congregation cowered inside. Demonstrators were heard chanting, “Death to Jews.”
But it appears Scotland is not immune to this worrying trend.
Nir Biton posted a prayer to his former brothers and sisters in the IDF for God to look after them on his Facebook page.
This was met buy so much vitriolic anger by Celtic fans that he was forced to remove it.
Lets have a look some of this disgusting abuse he received from his own fans.
One Celtic supporting loonball who seems to have re set up his twitter account just to vent his spleen at his all inclusive club Celtic for having the audacity to sign Nir Biton is a mr @WolfgangDikface
Oh ah Up Hamas indeed dear Reader!
Hamas is designated as a terrorist organization by the European Union and is funded by Iran. Part of a group who’s main Goal is to “wipe Israel off the face of the Earth”
What sort of sick mind would take to twitter in the United kingdom to show support for these terrorists?
Probably the same mind that would take his children on a march in the poring rain that he no doubt thinks is pro Hamas.
But Nir Biton wasn’t the only Jew at Celtic to be targeted by the Celtic faithful . They turned their anger on Celtic Director Ian Livingston. Ian Livingston, or Baron Livingston of Parkhead to give him his full title was targeted also.
Give Celtic their Due. Ian Livingston was the first Jew they appointed to their board. The fact they appointed their first Protestant to their board over 100 years after its formation before him is neither here nor there.
Of Course the more devious of the Celtic Family tried to hide their anti-semitism behind Zionism as in its not the Jews we hate its just those nasty Zionist Jews those devious that are really ruling the world. Straight out of the Josef Gobbles Manual.
This mirrors the way they and others hide their hatred of for want of a better phrase the Scottish Protestant Unionist community in Scotland. i.e its not the nice Scottish Protestant Unionists we hate its just those Orange Order ones.
This is of course bunkum and Scotland will be a cold dark unforgiving place for Scottish Protestant Unionist community if God forbid it does become an independent republic. The wise statement of the Lutheran pastor Martin Niemöller “First they came …” springs to mind.
If you know Celtics History then you will know the have a long infamous history of supporting and glorifying Anti-Semites. They were of course founded by a Marist monk Brother Walfrid. But Im not going to list all the atrocities the Roman Catholic church has committed through out history.
That is for another day and another blog.
If you are a regular reader to this blog you will already know Celtics long history with fanatical Irish republicanism terror.
A song that is still polluting Scottish Stadiums to this very day is called “Sean South of Garryowen”
It starts with the lines
May God reward those gallant men,
May heaven be their home
In Brookburogh Town, where they were shot down’
in a cabin they lay cold
They never feared the R.U.C.,
or the B men on patrol
O’Hanlon from the border and South from Garryowen
Now I don’t know about you dear reader but this as shockingly eerie tones of the Muslim suicide bombers that blow themselves up with God rewarding them with an Oasis and 72 virgins in the here after.
Seán South was an IRA terrorist and Anti-Semite. In Limerick he founded the local branch of Maria Duce. The group’s principal aim was to embed Catholic doctrine in the legal structure of the Irish state, including recognition of the Catholic Church as the established church of Ireland, as it had been in Spain until 1931.
Marie Duce an ultra-right wing Roman Catholic organisation led by Fr Denis Fahey of the Holy Ghost Order in Dublin.
Fr Denis Fahey was closely involved with Fr Edward Cahill’s An Rioghacht study group and wrote a number of books including The Rulers of Russia (1938) in which he argued that communism was a conspiracy organised by Judaism and Freemasonry. Following the death of Cahill in 1941, An Rioghacht became more moderate and so in 1945 Fahey founded the organisation Maria Duce, whch was stridently anti-Protestant and anti-Semitic.
Sean South was a devout Catholic, he was a member of the fascist party Ailtirí na hAiséirighe
Here is “Sean south” sung to fans at a recent Celtic v St Pauli game in Hamburg by an IRA rebel band from London The Bible code Sundays.
Sean South from Garryowen at Knust (The BibleCode Sundays)
Ironically Hamburg was the setting for one of the most heart breaking episodes of the Jewish Holocaust, The Tragedy of S.S. St. Louis. More than 900 Jews fled Germany aboard a luxury cruise liner, the SS St Louis. They hoped to reach Cuba (another country popular with the Celtic St Pauli mob) and then travel to the US – but were turned away in Havana and forced to return to Europe, where more than 250 were killed by the Nazis.
Even more Ironic is that Celtic a Club that claims to condemn all forms of sectarianism would invite a band like The Biblecode Sundays to perform at Celtics official Charity gig at the Royal concert hall in Glasgow.
Germany have strict laws over the glorification of Anti-Semites and quite rightfully so giving their recent History. Lets hope the German authorities clamp down on any future Celtic St Pauli events.
Sean South is Just one in a long list of devout Roman catholic Anti Semitic Irish republican terrorists. Most of whom can be found involved in the Irish Republican Army – Abwehr collaboration in World War II.
Collaboration between the IRA and Abwehr during World War II ranged in intensity during the period 1937–1943 and ended permanently around 1944. The Irish Republican Army (IRA), a paramilitary body active in Ireland, seeking to unify the island of Ireland, and remove Northern Ireland from the United Kingdom, shared intelligence with the Abwehr, the military intelligence service of Nazi Germany.
Seán Russell (His Statue in Dublin above and below) was an Irish republican who held senior positions in the IRA until the end of the Irish War of Independence. From 1922 until his death on board a Kriegsmarine U-Boat in 1940 he remained a senior member and chief of staff of the IRA.
Here is leader of the RIRA in Dublin Alan Ryan and Ruairí Ó Brádaigh the Chief of Staff of the Irish Republican Army (IRA) from 1958 to 1959 and again from 1960 to 1962, president of Sinn Féin from 1970 to 1983, and president of Republican Sinn Féin from 1987 to 2009 standing beside it.
Also involved in the IRA’s prolonging and support of the Nazis final solution of the Jews was
the German agents Adolf Mahr, Hermann Görtz, Günther Schütz, Ernst Weber-Drohl and Helmut Clissmann
the Irish liaisons Stephen Hayes Seamus O’Donovan along with Seán Russell
Irish in Germany Frank Ryan, Friesack Camp,John Codd and Francis Stuart
But back to the initial subject of this blog my fear for the safety of Celtics Nir Biton by his own support. one only has to casts their mind back a few years to the actions of one Rabid Celtic pro Palestine supporter.
Sean Gallagher was so filled with hate at Jewish footballers that he a Celtic supporter went to a RANGERS European game to invade the pitch.
In scenes reminiscent to the recent Maccabi Haifa v Lille game Celtic fan Sean Gallagher ran on to the pitch during a Rangers vs Maccabi Haifi match draped in a Palestinian flag and wearing a Pope T-shirt.
He was caught by police as he tried to handcuff himself to a goalpost.
Gallagher had admitted a sectarian breach of the peace when he appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
Midway through the game’s second-half, Gallagher had jumped out of the 45,000-strong crowd and ran onto the pitch.
He managed to get to the goal at the Broomloan Road end where he tried to cuff himself to a post.
Gallagher shouted “Tiocfaidh Ar La”, meaning “Our Day Will Come” – the unofficial slogan of the IRA – at Rangers fans. They were “extremely annoyed” and had to be restrained. The game was eventually restarted after a four-minute delay.
The game was being transmitted by the BBC to millions of viewers across the country.
Fiscal John Bedford, prosecuting, told the court: “He ran from the left enclosure and was clearly draped in a Palestinian flag.
“He was also wearing a T-shirt showing Pope Benedict and made his way towards the 150 Maccabi fans.
“Gallagher was chased the full length of the pitch and this had a knock on effect in that the game had to be halted.”
He managed to get to the goal at the Broomloan Road end where he tried to cuff himself to a post.
Gallagher then repeatedly chanted “Tiocfaidh Ar La”, meaning “Our Day Will Come” – the unofficial slogan of the IRA – at nearby Rangers fans, who became “extremely annoyed” and had to be restrained.
Rangers were handed a £4,000 from UEFA for the protest.
Gallagher who was originally charged with racial aggravation, but prosecutors removed this to allow for a guilty plea, was sentenced to a paltry 200 hours’ community sentence and a three-year football match ban after a sectarian protest at a Rangers European match.
If a deranged Celtic fan could do this in front of a 45,000-strong Rangers crowd then what will they do at Celtic park?.
If only we could have a statesman like figure who could pour cold water on this fire raging among Celtic fans. Someone who is a Celtic fan in Scotland but has his finger on the pulse of middle eastern politics.
Someone like Humza Yousaf SNP MSP Minister for External Affairs and International Development.
AYE RIGHT!
the thought of this man representing Scotland internationally with Countries like Israel chills me to the bone.
It is only subdued by the fact that he will never ever get any real sort of meaningful power like that.
And thank God.
He has already been outspoken on the state of Israel.
One conversation I think sums this whole madness is this.
You know what do us all a favour and Boycott all Association Football and FUCK OFF!
When you’ve fucked off take your loony left wing politics that are destroying football for the average fan just like the extreme right wing did in the 80’s and FUCK OFF some more and never darken another Football stadium again!
I think it would be best that the last word should go to a fellow countryman of Nir Biton former Celtic Player Eyal Berkovic as told to Robert Miller.
Eyal Berkovic spent two troubled years outwith the EPL and it is at this point that his mood changes as the conversation takes an unexpected and dark path.
” Celtic was a big mistake for me, that’s for sure. Celtic never understood me , and I for sure never understood them. It was a club with an image which was full of its own self importance and role in the world.
The club was going through a troubled time and when manager John Barnes got the sack, my days there were
numbered.
It’s hard to say this but I feel that I have to point out that Celtic, certainly at that time did not react well to people who they did not consider were ‘one of them”.
I am Jewish and proud of my religion and background, Barnes and Ian Wright felt the same as me, and they were quickly ostracised when results went against us. After one midweek game which we lost, Wright and Barnes
were subject to really disgraceful racial abuse in the car park. It was at that point I knew I had to get out. I found it really disconcerting having to play in front of a huge crowd where many fans had PLO flags and celebrated terrorist actions.
They were backing an organization which, after all, wanted the destruction of the State of Israel. How could I give one hundred percent for such a club with an ethos like that?
The Celtic Rangers games were utter madness, and I had to remind myself for
which club I was playing! I always stood up for the sovereignty of the nation and the right of law. Celtic seemed to be going for the opposite, by supporting terrorist groups from Spain, Ireland, the Middle East and Africa. It was crazy!”.
As if to underline Berkovic’s anger, was the fact that shortly after his departure from Celtic, (the man who released him) Martin O’Neill signed John Hartson who had assaulted the slight Israeli at a training session when both men played for West Ham. Even a quick glance on youtube years later, does nothing to dampen the sheer brutality of the unpremeditated attack on Bekovic.
“The signing of somebody like John Hartson by Celtic did not come as a surprise to me. It was a marriage made in heaven. The fans finally had found somebody who embodied everything they stood for, and I for one was not astonished that he went onto become a cult figure at their club.”
As for tomorrow’s derby in Glasgow, Berkovic will be tuning in to watch the game though it comes as no surprise at all to learn that he will leaning towards the blue side of Glasgow tomorrow. Berkovic, like him or loathe him, usually gets the big decisions right.
Shalom my brothers, Shalom.
